On Hulu/FX I was the shows Comp Supervisor with Heather McAuliffe at FuseFX. We were teh primary vendor on all 8 episodes and handle most of teh complex work/ deaging / aging Set extensions, beauty Monitor replacements, Snow augmentation etc. I took on doing some of the heavier shots like the FBI building implosion in episode 4 and the AI visualization at the end of episode 8.
I was blown away by a simple postcard I received in the mail. One side thanked me for being part of a terrific team at FuseFX as a compositing supervisor on the FX Hulu series “Class of 09.” The other side (the picture) was a frame of the show, not only is it a perfect culmination of the teamwork that went into creating this series, but the shot itself, features so many departments from CG, FX, DMP, Digi Doubles, Comp, Production, Editorial, and Supervision. This is one of the shots that I was asked to tackle myself. Thanks to the Comp team, FX team, and CG Supes, to our VFX supervision of Bastion Koch. Every part of the FuseFX team was terrific to work with and made the show a “blast” to work on!
